and Australia on strategic planning through strategic assessment and planning
tools developed by me including Community Check-up, Communities
Matrix, Community Vitality Initiative (CVI), Business Vitality
Initiative (BVI) and Tourism Vitality Assessment
- Developed Communities
Matrix - an award-winning conceptual tool to assist organizations
and communities determine their state of readiness for planning. The Orton
Family Foundation, Heartland Centre for Leadership and international Community
Development Society voted it one of the top 2 strategic planning tools
worldwide. The Communities Matrix has been distributed to more than 25
countries around the world.
