| Dawson Creek, BC- Leading Communities participants interact to discover the good and bad of collaboration. Three BC communities participated in the pilot funded by the Rural Secretariat (Gov't of Canada). Forty-two BC communities applied for the program demonstrating a huge demand for leadership programming in small and rural communities. The program brought together 25 participants ranging from 14 to 81 years of age to newcomers to the community to the Mayor and other established leaders. |
